Recruitment of Local Worker

The business sector now is getting more realized that company is not only faced on its responsibility based on the corporate value that is reflected only in its financial condition, but also need to consider the social and environmental aspect that is expected to able to provide optimal contribution for the surrounding community.

PT Odira Energy Persada as the company existing in the region of Kedung Jaya village, sub district of Babelan, Bekasi district, that is regional government’s partner to manage the regional resources and to assist in managing its economics activities and develop the regional development. This activity may establish employment opportunity and minimize the unemployment and provide revenue to the regional government.

In order to contribute and enhance the living condition and develop the economics condition of the surrounding community, in March 2008   PT Odira Energy Persada as the organizer of “BBWM-Odira” LPG refinery again recruit and train workers. In such period, total number of newly recruited worker is 15 and priority is given to the members of the community surrounding the company operational area conforming to the specifications needs whereas the training is totally participated by 23 both old and new workers. Ever since the establishment of LPG refinery up till now, PT Odira Energy Persada has been committed to recruit the local workers and consequently the worker absorption rate tends to increase.
